Once you have purchased your SUP Lesson we will be in contact with you to sort a time and date.
Private one to one Sup lesson.
SUP lessons take 2hrs in total start to finish.Available Monday to Friday 10am-5pm. Saturday 10am-4pm. Sunday 10am-4pm.
SUP lessons will not be cancelled due to rain but will be reschedule due to unsuitable weather.
Beginners who are wanting to try and experience SUP for the first time.For those who have just purchased their first SUP board.We will teach you everything you need to know to get started in your SUP adventure.
Due to social distancing guidance Participants booking a SUP lesson must be able to swim.
At Juice SUP (1) School we are operating, providing an opportunity to exercise in the outdoors. We are an ASI accredited school and have high standards in place to ensure the safety of our clients.
We ask that all client's sign the waiver disclaimer stating they do not have any COVID 19 or flu symptoms and agree to abide by social distancing at all times. This form will be sent 24hrs prior to the SUP lesson.
We operate to the required group sizes for outdoor activities, with measures in place so instructors and students maintain social distancing at all times in and off the water.
Any person displaying flu like symptoms will not be allowed to participate in activities.
Hand sanitiser is provided for clients. All equipment (2) is disinfected prior to being used by you, and disinfected immediately after use.
Clients are also welcome to bring their own equipment, clothing, hand sanitiser, face covering with them to the lesson.
(1) Juice SUP is a trading name of Juice Boardsports under ASI SUP certification.(2) Equipment includes but is not limited to SUP boards, leashes, paddles, buoyancy aids and wetsuits.
Social Distancing:Participants and Instructors are to maintain a safe distance as required by the Government throughout the SUP lesson of 2 metres on land and water.Self rescue skills and techniques are discussed and demonstrated throughout the SUP lesson in detail. If a participant does require rescuing when on the water then the instructor will reduce the social distancing down to 1 metre for a short period of time to help with the self rescue, then go back to social distance of 2 metres.

COVID 19Anyone who's symptomatic or suspects they have been exposed to the virus, does not take part in the SUP lesson they have booked and remains home.
If a participant arrives for a SUP lesson and shows flu like symptoms they will cease the SUP lesson immediately and be asked to go home and follow Government Guidance.
Anyone who has flu like symptoms should ring us and reschedule their lesson for a later date. They are not to arrive at the SUP lesson and to follow Government Guidance.
Participants are also welcome to bring their own equipment. Instructors will visually check Clients SUP Board, Leash, Paddle and buoyancy aid prior to the lesson.
Due to COVID 19 guidance, please do not allow anyone else to touch your equipment while on site or in the lesson. Whilst setting up or packing down equipment please do not share SUP pumps or any other equipment used in the process. SUP equipment provided by Juice SUP School will be managed by SUP school Instructors.
We can provide wet suits for lesson participants. If you are more comfortable bringing your own clothing, and do not own a wet suit, we suggest wearing swimwear underneath shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. If you do not own water sports footwear then we suggest wearing a pair of old trainers, beach shoes or flip flops. These can be stored on the board whilst on the water. If inappropriate clothing is warn for the lesson then it is up to the instructors discretion wether you may participate.
Food and Drink will not be provided by Juice SUP. We ask that Participants can bring their own plastic bottled water into the SUP lesson. It is also advised to bring food and drink, or a light snack, for after the lesson. Please make sure you take all your rubbish home with you.
The Governments COVID 19 protocol means that no public changing rooms and toilets are available at the moment.
COVID 19:We will supply hand sanitiser, if you are sensitive or allergic to these please can you bring your own hand sanitiser.Also bring with you hand wipes, face mask/covering and gloves are optional.
Before:We ask participants to arrive already dressed for the lesson or discreetly get changed in their vehicles in the car park.
SUP Lesson:You can wear an old pair of trainers, beach shoes or flip flops. These can be stored at the front of the SUP board and participants can go barefoot if they want once on the water.
Afterwards:You will need a towel or dry robe.
Cancellations can be made up to 24hrs prior to the lessons date. If a cancellation is requested after this limit then a refund will not be given. Otherwise a refund will be given, but may take up to 5 working days.
