Booking a SUP Session for a under 18
If you are wanting to book a SUP session for a friend or family member who is under 18 we ask that you or another family member joins them for the Session. We also offer ASI SUP Start Fun Family sessions go to our group bookings for more information and to book.
What is Stand Up Paddle Boarding? (SUP)
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is an offshoot of surfing that originally originated in Hawaii.
Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. SUP is the fastest growing water sports in the world and is equally accessible for all ages and ranges of ability.
Here at Juice we offer a variety of enclosed flat water opportunities for recreation, fitness, sightseeing on lakes, canals and navigable rivers. We also run themed fun events throughout the year including the opportunity to test yourself in racing. Gain a Qualification
SUP Wise is a learn to stand up paddle program created by ASI. It has been designed to make learning easy. Its unique modularised program allows you to progress at your own pace. To maximise your success. Each level identifies different SUP skills and knowledge.
ASI is a professional membership and training organization and international governing body for instructors, coaches and schools in the outdoor recreation industry for surfing, stand up paddle and bodyboarding.
We set the standards for education, accreditation, professional development and ongoing support for our members, offering pathways from entry level to elite level.
